• Another agency or consultant has been engaged simultaneously for the same project without disclosure.
• The client provided incomplete or insufficient information necessary to complete the service.
• A complete scope change is requested after the project has begun.
• The refund request exceeds the eligible time window.
• The client’s business closes, changes name, or changes direction after service initiation.
• Reasons such as change of mind, internal disagreements, or financial reconsideration.

If a client purchases a bundled service package and is dissatisfied with one component, any refund consideration will apply only to the specific service in question, not the entire package.

Clients are not eligible for refunds after 7 days from the purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to the resources and time invested. These include, but are not limited to:

Client Communication and Project Delivery

All communication between Specialized Business Strategies and the client should occur through the registered email address provided by the client.

For project completion and delivery:

• The company will attempt to contact the client at least three times via email regarding updates, approvals, or deliverables.
• If no response is received within 7 consecutive working days, the project will be considered accepted and completed.

After this period, the company will not be liable for any refunds.

Additionally, if the client remains non-responsive for 10 consecutive days, any money-back guarantee or refund eligibility becomes void.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the processing time may take up to 21 business days, depending on the payment method and banking institution.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Payment Methods
